Detailed Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Nairobi; you will be met by your guide/driver and transfer to the hotel for check in with the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the Intercontinental Hotel or Similar

Day 2: Nairobi – Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast proceed to the world-famous Masai Mara Game Reserve via the Great Rift Valley. En route enjoy the beautiful scenery. Arrive at your lodge in time for lunch and check in at the lodge. In the afternoon, enjoy an enthralling game-viewing drive at the Mara Spotting lions, cheetahs and other spectacular predators is the highlight of your day. Over Night at Keekorok Lodge or similar (B, L, D)

Day 3: Masai Mara Game Reserve
Early morning game viewing drive in the Mara National reserve, thereafter breakfast at the lodge. Spend the rest of the morning at leisure with lunch at the lodge. In the afternoon proceed for another game drive of game spotting in this wildlife haven. Overnight at the Keekorok Lodge or similar (B, L, D)

Day 4: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha
After morning breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha which is a freshwater lake. Lake Naivasha is on the floor of the East African Rift Valley. Birdlife is particularly abundant (over 460 species). It is a breeding ground for cormorants all year round. You might see pelicans and spoonbills perched on the dead trees and almost certainly the fish eagle. There are two species of fish breeding in this fresh water lake, black bass and tilapia. The tilapias are ‘mouth breeders’, the various species of fresh water mouth breeders are known as “tilapia”. Large and small frogs are abundant, from the bull frog to the tiny tree toad. Crescent Island in Lake Naivasha is part of the rim of submerged volcano whose crater forms the deepest part of the Lake (can be booked and paid locally at an extra cost). Lunch is at the resort. Rest of the afternoon will be spent at leisure with various optional activities available and can be booked and paid for locally. Overnight at Lake Naivasha Country Club or Similar (B, L, D)

Day 5: Lake Naivasha – Aberdares National Park
After morning breakfast, drive towards the lush foothills of the Aberdare Mountain Range to the Aberdare Country Club for lunch. After lunch transfer to The Ark – overlooking a waterhole and salt lick where the ‘Big Five’ occasionally gather for an exhilarating night of wild encounters. The Ark comprises three decks from which numerous balconies and lounges provide superb vantage points for game viewing. Dinner and overnight at the Ark Lodge or Similar (B, L, D)

Day 6: Sweetwaters
After morning breakfast, you will be driven via the equator where we will have a photo stop (optional at extra cost). Thereafter, we proceed to the Sweetwater’s Tented Camp, home of the Jane Goodall Chimpanzee Sanctuary, for our first game drive in Kenya. We can be able to spot lions, elephants, buffalos and even leopards if we are lucky! All meals and overnight at Sweetwater’s Serena Luxury Tented Camp or Similar (B, L, D)

Day 7: Sweetwaters – Nairobi Depart
After morning breakfast, you will be driven back to Nairobi then proceed to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your out bound international flight to your next destination. (B)
